ORDER CANCELLATION

 

If your products you bought from Kocamaar have not been shipped yet, you can cancel your order by calling 0 542 530 48 48. In this case, your payment will be returned to you within 10 days. If your cargo is on its way, the return procedure will be processed after you receive the product. 

 

For all your other questions, comments and orders; You can send an e-mail to [email protected] or you can reach us by calling 0 542 530 48 48.

 

USING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to return a product you bought from www.kocamaar.com within 7 days from the date it reaches you. The exceptional circumstances that prevent you from exercising this

 

ITEMS NOT SUITABLE FOR RETURN

• Perishable products (almond milk etc.) 

• Expired products 

• The use of the right of withdrawal is subject to the condition that the packaging of the product is unopened, intact, the barcode is not damaged and the product is unused. For this reason, it is important that the product is packaged in such a way that it will not break or deteriorate when sent back to us.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

If the products you want to return comply with the above conditions, in order to exercise this right, it will be sufficient to inform [email protected] within 7 days from the day you receive the product by e-mail or by calling 0 542 530 48 48. At this stage, we ask you to briefly state the reason for your return so that we can improve our services.

 

Afterwards, you can go to the relevant cargo company and make your return as our customer representative will direct you.

 

In case the right of withdrawal is exercised, it is obligatory to return the delivered product, the CARGO DELIVERY MINUTE SAMPLE and the ORIGINAL SHIPPING INVOICE. The product price is returned to the buyer within 10 days after the product reaches us, together with these documents. If the original invoice is not submitted, the VAT amount and the amounts arising from other legal obligations, if any, are not refunded.

 

The shipping cost of the product returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal is covered by Kocamaar.

 

In cases other than the right of withdrawal, a different process will be applied. 

 

 

THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN RECEIVING YOUR CARGO

 

PLEASE OPEN YOUR BOX; SEE IF EVERYTHING IS OK, BEFORE YOU RECEIVE YOUR CARGO!

DO NOT ACCEPT THE CARGO IF IT IS DAMAGED!

IF THERE IS A DAMAGE CAUSED BY SHIPMENT, TO DETECT IT IMMEDIATELY; YOU MUST WRITE A REPORT ON THE SIGHT BY TAKING PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGED PACKAGING. AFTER YOU SEND THE PHOTO OF THIS REPORT AND THE CARGO TO [email protected], WE WILL FOLLOW YOUR RETURN AND CONTACT YOU IF NECESSARY.

 

 

IN RETURN OF DAMAGED ITEMS, A REPORT TO BE KEPT TO THE SIGHT AND NOT ACCEPTING OF THE DAMAGED PRODUCT WILL PROTECT YOU FROM LOSS OF TIME AND EASE THE PROCEDURE…
