She completed his university education at Bilkent University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration. When she chose not to pursue politics, as a profession, she decided to focus on marketing, which she was familiar with from her internships and family business during her student life.

After completing her Master's (MSc) on "Food Marketing and Management" at University of London, Imperial College, she returned to Turkey in 2004 and started working on PR and Marketing at Doğa, which was then a family business.

In 2006, in line with Doğa's strategies to open up to the world, she established the Export Department of the company and exported Doğa's products primarly to Tesco UK and to other developed food markets such as Japan, Israel and Denmark under the “Doğa” brand.

At the end of 2008, she left Doğa and worked as the Brand Manager of Theraflu, Otrivine, Sinecod and Otribebe brands at Novartis Consumer Health for 6 years.

She has a blog, which combines her biggest passions, travel and writing, called "deftervebavul.com". Her articles have been published from time to time in Turkey's leading media outlets such as Hürriyet Seyahat and Radikal.

Currently, she is responsible for all communication, marketing, sales and e-commerce activities of Kocamaar Farm.

 

 

She has one daughter, her name is Lal.
