Glutenfree Tarhana Soup with Pea Flour 75 gr (8508)

Tarhana is Turkish traditional ready made soup with a clean content. Every year in the end of summer we prepare our tarhana at home for the winter. It is basically done by preparing a vegetable puree, mixing it with spices and flour; turning it into a dough and after the fermenting process; granulate it. We keep it in glass jars, and in the cold winter days, if we want to cook something practical, we just mix it with water, it is delicious and extreemely nutricious.

We produced the delicious “Glutenfree Pea Tarhana” for the people who follows a gluten-free diet and misses the practicality & taste of tarhana. The most important difference of this product from traditional tarhana is that Glutenfree tarhana is made with pea flour, instead of wheat flour ,therefore it does not contain gluten! You can think of the Gluten-Free Pea Tarhana, prepared with the traditional method and containing only natural ingredients, as an extremely practical instant 'Pea Soup' with a clean content.

One package allows you to get a pot of soup for 4 people. Of course, like all tarhanas, this product was prepared by fermentation method. Although it is a ready-made soup, it does not contain any preservatives.
