Black Chickpeas 500 gr
Black Chickpea is rich in protein, fiber and carbohydrate. It is a type of chickpea that contains high amounts of B6, C, folate, niacin, thiamine, riboflavin, manganese, phosphorus, iron and copper. Thanks to this rich content, it is good for strengthening the immune system, increasing muscle mass, regulating blood sugar, and supporting hair, skin and nail health. According to some clinical studies comparing black chickpeas with standard yellow chickpeas; Black chickpeas are high in fibre and anti-oxidant content. For example; it has been proven in a study conducted in 1984, while Black Chickpea contains less oil and sugar + starch than Yellow Chickpea; and it contains more fiber (Rossi). According to another study conducted in 2010, Black Chickpea's antioxidant content (TPC, total phenolic components) is 34% higher than yellow chickpea. It is even 94% higher when the chickpeas kept their husks (Segev).

What you cook with yellow chickpeas, you can apply the same recipes as black chickpeas, moreover, it looks more elegant on the table, only the cooking time is a little longer.
