We cold-pressed the olives of our gardens in Akhisar, which we harvested in November 2020, and left them to rest in our steel tanks, in our climatized warehouses, so that they do not come into contact with air and light. We did not filter in order to keep the beneficial compounds at the maximum level.

In its fragrance, floral notes are intensely felt; It is a light floral, soft flavored olive oil that does not burn the throat.

We recommend that you consume this precious olive oil, which has a maximum of 0.3% free fatty acids in terms of oleic acid, raw in your salads or for breakfast.
